We customize our services for each client and help them increase their credit scores by consulting them to utilize the credit and finances they have, for example; if our clients credit scores are low, but they are able to get financed, sometimes we suggest they purchase or refinance now if necessary, work with us to increase the credit scores, then refinance  in  6-12 months with increased credit scores and lower interest rates.  Many mortgage companies offer discounts if you refinance with the same company within 2 years.

We do not “QUICK FIX” our client’s credit status.  We are Consultants, and our services
will give our clients many LONG TERM benefits which will assist them in improving their overall credit status and financial future. 

We promote our client’s goals realistically so they will maintain financial security instead of purchasing outside of their means of income.   For example; just because we were able to increase a client’s credit score to 720 and they now are approved for a $350,000 home, we suggest they  purchase a home for  less than what they are approved of so their payments stay as low as possible.
